Job Description
- The Inside salesperson will focus on new customer acquisition. This position involves following up on web leads, cold-calling new potential clients, and client business referrals. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional information as needed. work with the client to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to clear sales and increase revenue.
What does an Inside sales representative do?
- An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objective. You must be comfortable making dozens of daily calls, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Inside Sales Duties and Responsibilities
- Following up on inbound web leads.
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
- Working with the sales team when closing sales.
- Maintaining a database of prospective client information.
- Closing sales and working with clients through the closing process.
Qualification
