JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, trays, and utensils using commercial dishwashers
- Operating and maintaining dishwashing machines, ensuring proper temperature and chemical levels
- Keeping the dish room and surrounding areas clean, including mopping floors and wiping down surfaces
- Assisting with food delivery to patient care areas and restocking supplies
- Adhering to hospital and departmental safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and reporting malfunctions.
