JOB DESCRIPTION

A Manufacturing General Laborer performs physical tasks to support production, including loading/unloading materials, assembling products, operating machinery, packaging goods, and keeping the work area clean, requiring physical stamina, teamwork, and adherence to safety rules, often without specialized training but with opportunities for on-the-job learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Material Handling: Loading, unloading, moving, and organizing raw materials and finished products.
  • Production Support: Assisting with assembly, packaging, and operating various production line machinery.
  • Site Maintenance: Keeping work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized for safety and efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Performing basic checks to ensure products meet standards.
  • Following Instructions: Adhering to supervisor directions, safety protocols (like OSHA), and production guidelines.

Requirements
