• Able to pass a tack welding test within the first 90 days.
• Understands basic Math. Ability to use and read tape measure to a 1/32” scope (standard).
• Clear Communication: Able to follow both verbal and written instructions from trainer/leaderman. Able to communicate clearly with co-workers.
• Customer Service: Able to build relationships among co-workers.
• Able to withstand crisis situations.
• Able to stand/walk for variable period of time.
• Able to work outside for duration of shift in variable climates.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Operate hand grinder.
• Operate forklift.
• Operate drills.
• Operate overhead crane.
• Utilize oxy-fuel cutting torch to burn material in a straight line.
• Other duties as assigned to facilitate daily workflow of production.
