Passenger Assistance Liaison – PAL
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary: Responsible for assisting passengers with their customer service needs such as, but not limited to; assisting passengers in transportation around the terminal, assisting in securing ground transportation, wayfinding, answering questions about the airport and its tenants, resolving customer complaints, general customer assistance, inspecting airport amenities quality and reporting any maintenance requirements, collection of luggage carts. Must be able to manage yourself at all times. Always have proper radio etiquette.
Qualifications:
Qualifications: High school graduate or recipient of GED Minimum of 1-year customer service experience or similar position. Certification positions may require Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) clearance and badge and a valid state operator/driver’s license. Prior experience preferred. Able to Lift at least 50 lbs.
